description	CELADON-GLAZED ’TRIGRAM’ TRIPOD JARDINIÈRE MING DYNASTY raised on three short feet surrounding a central protruding medallion providing additional support for the vessel， the exterior moulded with the ’Eight Trigrams’ between raised horizontal bands and incised floral motifs， applied overall with a celadon glaze save for the central section of the base revealing a buff-coloured stoneware 21.5cm diam Provenance: Acquired from William Clayton Fine Chinese Jade， Porcelain and Oriental Works of Art， with original receipt dated 29th January 1972.
