This jar is formed with a slightly distorted shape, tightened body, expanded shoulders and a wide-open mouth which is trimmed nicely. It shows a round foot under its hip. The arabesque pattern is painted with a clear-colored tone of a cinnabar-glaze on the upper part of the body. It is applied with a pale blue glaze on the inner and the outer surface. The unglazed part can be seen at the base. The jar was made by turning the potter's wheel clockwise.
