Bluish white glaze plate with sunflower pattern plate

Made in Northern Song Dynasty, 3.5cm high, the diameter of its mouth is 16.5cm, and now it’s collected by China Ceramic Museum.

    Features: Flower-mouth with ten petal-edges, the belly is petal pattern, the inner place of foot is unglazed, and the ware shape is regular and beautiful. The inner and outer sides are all glazed with bluish white glaze, but because it belongs to the underground excavation, so the surface of it has heavy soil atmosphere, the glaze color slants yellow. It is so hard to form such ware because it requires higher technique, it is the top grade in categories of bluish white glaze dish products of Song Dynasty.
