The source of the name “GANJO NI JUKO ARI IV” refers to the phase from Kichizaemon XV poem. One side of the walls is pushed inward to make a heavy distortion, which effectively enhances a tense atmosphere. For the decoration, a spatula is effectively used so that the fluting applied to the body and the lip trimmed dauntlessly give the form a rich move. It is entirely covered with a transparent glaze including a cobalt, a copper, a chromium, a black glaze to create a tasteful scenery. The double foot is seen as Karatsu and Shino Ware.
