This ewer is an underglazed blue Jing-de-zhen ware with kosometsuke type. It is a Sensanbin shaped ewer in which the handle and the spout are standing upward from the waist. It has dyed motifs of tulips on both sides of the neck, a Chinese person on the waist and patterns of clouds flying through the sky located on the handle, on the spout and around the foot. Some parts of the ewer particularly the lip, the bottom and the spout have rust on them. The lid of this ewer is made of ebony.
