This tea caddy was made with a potter’s wheel turning clockwise. It shows a blackish base surface from the chamfering rim of the bottom. The persimmon color appears like masses of clouds on the blackish amber colored glaze which makes an abstruse appearance. The inner surface of the caddy is also coated with glaze.
