This water pitcher has a narrow neck and a round waist with arabesque patterns. It is covered with ultramarine glaze. Under the spout, it contains a lion's face that resembles a man opening its mouth widely and showing its tongue. There is a round hole at the part where the base of handle touches its shoulder and two small square holes at the upper part of the handle. These holes seems to be marks of attaching a lid.
