description	Origin: Dick Austin, AO, OBE (1919-2000), old Tibet. Dick’s life is legendary, he joined the war, and become a prisoner of war during 1942-1945. As ambassador in 1952 he lives in Tokyo during his start on Asian art and culture difference. After he was stationed in kolkata, and later lived in London and the United States. in 1979, he became the national gallery of Victoria, chairman of the committee.
