Famille rose porcelain plate painting with the landscape of pine, rock and waterfall pattern

Made in the Republic of China, Zhang Zhitang’s work (who was one of the eight friends of Zhushan), 38cm long, 24.7cm wide, it is the old collection of Jingdezhen Ceramic Gallery, and now it’s collected by China Ceramic Museum.

    Features: It appears vertical oblong shape. And it adopts traditional famille rose technique to paint, that makes its color rich and bright. In the picture, the mountain is steep, the pine is strong and the flowers are beautiful. During the late spring, five old men stands in front of the waterfall, observing, talking, or pointing that abandon themselves to the landscape to express their feelings.
