Taihi Tenmoku Tea Bowl with Long-tailed Bird – Unknown
Unknown12th Century 该作品的收藏者: At one time, monks at Buddhist temples in the Tianmu (J. tenmoku) mountains of China’s Zhejiang province used tea bowls decorated with an iron-rich black glaze. The textural novelty weave Schiaparelli used is an example of her propensity to use interesting fabrics to enliven a simple silhouette.
